The location of the hotel was great for outdoor activities like hiking, as there were some beautiful trails for all levels nearby. the farm experience was fun, it was lovely to see the cows coming into the farm in the mornings, makes you feel in a real farm. the rooms were tidy with comfortable beds and bathrooms were cleaned well. Breakfast was abundant and fresh with local products. the facilities were perfect for a family with kids.
The customer service was not up to par with expectations. Staff was not always available, and when they were, they did not always take time to be polite and friendly, making us feel uncomfortable at times.

This hotel is a gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is amazing, with breathtaking views of the mountains from all angles. It's also close to some of the best hikes in the valley, which was a big plus for me. The cleanliness of this hotel was remarkable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was always willing to help with transportation and parking. I couldn't have asked for more!

We recently spent a weekend in the Alps at a charming and welcoming B&B. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite there being a slight language barrier. the rooms were clean and inviting, with stunning views of the mountains from the balcony. the location was also perfect for us, with easy access to hiking trails and a lovely restaurant nearby. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients that set us up perfectly for each day.
It took us a bit of time to figure out where to check in and we didn't receive the warm welcome that some other hotels offer.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a quaint mountain hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained with amazing views. The hotel was located near the skiing slopes and a restaurant with delicious food. we were able to enjoy the tranquility and stunning views of the mountains surrounding the hotel.
We had to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to check us in, even though we arrived after the check-in time. the breakfast was overpriced for the limited selection offered.
